My name is Helen Sou and I am a first – year undergraduate studying Chinese at University College. I have always enjoyed learning languages – hence why I’m studying a degree involving languages! – but I also have an interest in science having studied Chemistry and Maths at A – Level. I love art, so in my free time I enjoy drawing and making various other crafts. I also enjoy running as I find it a nice release from studying .
I am very happy to be volunteering with ATP as I like the way that ATP not only places an emphasis on academics, but also on the importance of essential skills which can be applied to areas of life outside of one’s studies, such as time – management and goal -setting.”
